Meeting 10.30 am armed with good will to tackle a long time (this word is relative I know).

leg pain yet from training on Thursday.
Obviously, I took only one week, you can not expect the best physical shape. But after the first few kilometers I was aching just fine.
We went very slowly, talking all the time (it's amazing as there ever lacking arguments) of what we like to do, of course projects ...
I am very happy because at the end of the 12 km I felt that I could go ahead even though we were running 1 hour and 33 minutes. To loosen the muscles I did a few kilometers of brisk walking has helped me a lot.
Today I want to be something unique with a sofa and book.
